How We're Dealing with Covid-19

Your safety has always been our highest priority. Due to the emergence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we have implemented additional safety steps and on-site procedures to help mitigate the spread of the COVID virus and protect our communities.

We will minimize exposure by limiting the work performed in your home, and by practicing social distancing. When we do need to enter your home for certain services, we will be taking every precaution necessary to keep you and our employees safe. These precautions include:

  • 100% Fully vaccinated service technicians and company staff.​

  • Our technicians are prescreened for Covid related symptoms prior to work each day.

  • We will maintain “No Contact” service and maintain social distancing at all times.

  • Upon request, our technicians will wear shoe covers, masks , and rubber gloves during on-site services.

  • Fresh disinfected drop cloths will be used for every service appointment. Used drop clothes are disinfected for reuse daily.

  • Our technicians will clean their IPAD screens, respirators, and equipment with antiviral and disinfectant wipes in between each appointment. Our invoices, reports, and receipts are all paperless and will be sent via email.

  • Out technicians will wash and sanitizing their hands between each service. Every service vehicle is equipped with wash stations, hand sanitizers.

  • Our service van is equipped with in-cab ultraviolet UVC air filtration for close contact protection of staff.
