Pricing & Travel Costs

Our minimum fee for a service call is $250. This basic fee includes one hour of onsite labor and up to thirty mile (round trip) of travel. We charge $2 per mile for each additional mile round trip (travel is subject to a fuel surcharge). Our hourly labor rate is $200 per hour prorated. Payment is due at the time of service. We offer FREE phone estimates and virtual assessments thru this website.

 

Due to the size of our region, we have developed service routes to help keep costs as low  as possible while allowing us to reach the greatest number of customers in the region. When customers are placed on service routes the additional mileage fee is charged only if the distance is greater than 30 miles round trip from the previous customer.

We understand scheduling conflicts can occur. We are happy to reschedule service appointments if needed. We do require a 24 hour advanced cancellation notice. With advanced notification we will reschedule or cancel the appointment at no cost. Advanced notification gives us an opportunity to serve another customer without incurring a loss for the day. A $50 cancellation fee is charged to the customer account if a 24 hour notification is not provided. Once we are onsite and have incurred travel expenses we charge a minimum of a $50 cancellation fee plus travel expenses.
