Please use this Form to Request a Service Call, Submit Photos & Measurements, or to Enroll in our Annual Maintenance Program
Most days we are suspended from roofs in harnesses, crawling around attic spaces, or in confined spaces unable to answer phones. The fastest and preferred method of scheduling service is to submit a Service Request Form. You will contacted by our scheduler once we are back in the office.
Every heating season (September-April) our service schedule books completely full with service appointments. We do our best to make as much room as possible for customers needing service by scheduling annual maintenance in the OFF Season (May-August). Be sure to request to be added to our Annual Maintenance Program for the best rates.
We do maintain a Will Call Customer List which we pull from when we finish the day early, have a last minute cancelation, work overtime, or decide to work an extra day. Be sure your name is on the list! We contact customers on our Will Call List on a first come first serve basis.
Sorry - We do not accept double payment or bottles of Bourbon to bump you to the top of our list. We do however offer Emergency Service, Weekend, and After Hours Services which are calculated as overtime at 1.5 times our normal labor rate. (Our crew volunteer their free time to provide this type of service in exchange for overtime pay). Be sure to request Emergency Service prior to submitting the service request form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please Note: All service requests received via phone calls, Facebook, text message, email, and other forms of communication are automatically added to the same list for CALL BACK when service is request. For the quickest service, please submit a Service Call Request Form directly.
